Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stamped "RIEDINGER & CAIRE / PO'KEEPSIE, NY," circa 1860, semi-ovoid jug with squared spout, decorated with a brushed cobalt flowering plant design. 1 3/4" shallow base flake, which occurred in the firing. H 12 1/2".
