Three Molded Stoneware Mugs with Pewter Lids, attributed to the White's Pottery, Utica, NY, late 19th century, all of narrow, cylindrical form with rounded bases, featuring relief figural decoration of people holding mugs. Smallest mug with impressed commemoration, reading "EMPIRE THEATRE. WED.EVE.,MARCH 30, 100TH.PERFORMANCE "THE CONQUERORS." The two larger mugs are salt-glazed and the smallest mug is Bristol slip glazed, all including cobalt highlights throughout. Largest with loss to lower handle terminal. Other two in excellent, essentially as-made condition. H (of tallest, including lid) 14 1/2".
