Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "LYONS," Thompson Harrington, Lyons, NY, circa 1860, ovoid jug with semi-rounded spout, brush-decorated with a floral blossom including crossed stem. Freehand "2" below spout. Cobalt highlight to maker's mark. Excellent condition with some staining and a small in-the-firing base chip. H 14".
