Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "F. STETZENMEYER & / G. GOETZMAN / ROCHESTER. NY", circa 1853-1860, ovoid jug with pronounced, tapered spout, decorated with a slip-trailed design of a flowering plant with alternating shaded and hollow petals. Slip-trailed "2" below spout. Excellent, essentially as-made condition.
