Two-Gallon Stoneware Bowl with Cobalt "Shupps Bee Hive" Advertising, Stamped "EVAN R. JONES / PITTSTON, PA," circa 1875, ovoid bowl with tooled shoulder and flattened rim, featuring the slip-trailed inscription "Shupps. Bee Hive. Plymouth. Pa." Tight spider crack on right side of bowl at base, which forms a large Y on underside.
