One-Gallon Passaic, NJ Advertising Jug, attributed to the Fulper Pottery, Flemington, NJ, late 19th century, cylnidrical jug with tooled spout and Bristol-slip-glazed surface, featuring the slip-trailed cobalt advertising "Lederer Bros. / 272 Passaic St. / Passaic. / N.J.". Professionally-restored 2 1/4" hairline at base on reverse, connecting to an unrestored 1 1/2" hairline on underside. A few other base chips, including a glazed-over dent at base. An in-the-firing separation on underside of upper handle terminal. Handle is still stable. Two small spout chips.
