Two Pieces of Norton Stoneware, New England origin, circa 1870, a four-gallon crock with large leaf decoration, stamped "E. & L.P. NORTON / BENNINGTON VT"; paired with a three-gallon jug with cobalt leaf decoration, stamped "F.B. NORTON / WORCESTER, MASS.". Bennington crock with glazed-over handle chip and minor wear to same handle, a 3 3/4" crack from rim on reverse, a 5/8" line in rim, and a few small rim chips. Worcester jug with some restoration to spout and two iron pings to body.
