Two Salt-Glazed Stoneware Canning Jars, Stamped "WM. HARE / WILMINGTON, DEL," circa 1870, both of similar cylindrical form with flared rims and Albany-slip-glazed interiors. One jar with slumped rim, small chip to underside at edge, minor in-the-firing base chip, a minor in-the-firing chip to rim, and an in-the-firing chip to midsection. Other jar with a shallow 1/2" flake off top of rim and small rim chips. H (of shorter jar) 7 1/4".
