Three-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stenciled "JAS. BENJAMIN. / STONEWARE DEPOT. / CINCINNATI. O.," Ohio origin, late 19th century, cylindrical jug with rounded shoulder and squared spout, featuring James Benjamin maker's stenciling below a stenciled "3". Glazed-over stone ping near base. In-the-making dent to bottom edge. Minor, glazed-over spout wear.
