One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jug, Stamped "I. SEYMOUR / TROY," NY State origin, circa 1830, highly ovoid jug with tooled spout, decorated with three flowers extending from a leafy base. Chip to shoulder with a few tight lines extending out of it. Hairline at base on reverse. Small chip on top of spout, which appears to be in-the-making.
