Very Rare Glazed Redware Vase with Applied Heart, Signed "Wm. W. Cline / Hartford City, Indiana / Aug. 11th 1904 and Marked "W.W.C. 107(?)," ovoid-bodied vase with rounded foot, flared rim, and open handles, decorated with an applied clay heart on both sides, embellished with copper glaze. Entire surface covered in a clear lead glaze. Incised signature and impressed initials on underside. Excellent condition. H 6 1/4".
