Stoneware "Post" Bottle, Northeastern U.S. origin, 19th century, cylindrical bottle with blob top, featuring the word "Post" in large slip-trailed cobalt letters. Unusual cobalt-spotted treatment of the letter "P". Shallow base chip. Small chip to bottom edge of spout. H 10 1/8".
