Glazed Redware Jar, New England origin, mid 19th century, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder, rounded foot, and thick rounded rim. Surface decorated with three large manganese drips over a pale orange ground. Excellent decoration with a dramatic flair. Tight crack in underside. Small glaze flake to top of rim. H 6".
