Slip-Decorated Redware Loaf Dish, probably Philadelphia origin, late 18th or early 19th century, oval loaf dish, decorated with a heavy band of yellow slip lines at center, flanked above and below by groups of smaller lines. Provenance: Found in a Philadelphia home in the mid 20th century. Chipping to rim. Some knife marks to interior. L 15".
