Glazed Redware Jar with Unusual Form, probably PA origin, mid 19th century, with unusual form featuring a rounded foot and shoulder, flared rim, and tooled midsection. Decorated around the shoulder with vertical daubs of manganese, the surface covered in a clear lead glaze. Tiny nick to bottom edge. Minor wear to surface. H 6 3/8".
