Four-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Crock, Stamped "M WOODRUFF / CORTLAND," circa 1868, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, semi-squared rim, and lug handles, decorated with a three-stemmed brushed and slip-trailed flowering plant design. As-made condition with some small areas of fry to cobalt.
