Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Cake Crock, Stamped "SOLOMON BELL / STRASBURG, Va" circa 1870, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, semi-squared rim, and ribbed lug handles, decorated front and back with a brushed opposing swag design. Top-to-bottom crack from rim. 1/2" line in rim. Minor nick on top of rim. H 8 1/4".
