Stoneware Grocer's Advertising Jug, Stamped "WHITES. UTICA. NY," circa 1875, cylindrical jug with sloped shoulder, squared spout, and applied handle, decorated with cobalt stenciled grocer's advertising. As-made condition with blurriness to stenciling, and a contact mark below maker's mark and on top of handle. H 11 3/8".
