Two "F.T. Sanford" Salt-Glazed Stoneware Bottles, Northeastern U.S. origin, 19th century, both with thick rounded spouts and the impressed name "F.T. Sanford" composed of different font types brushed over in cobalt. Smaller bottle with base chips and some in-the-firing residue adhered to the side. Larger bottle with base chip, a second glazed-over chip at edge on underside, and a 3/4" piece of in-the-firing residue adhered to the side. H (of smaller bottle) 7 3/4".
