One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1830, ovoid jar with tall flaring collar and applied tab handles, decorated completely around with brushed cobalt tulips extending from a leafy stem. 1 1/4" hole in underside. Small rim chips. Two small recessed contact marks on one side. Tiny handle chip. Two tiny chips on underside at edge. H 9 3/4".
