Molded Stoneware Water Filter, Marked "THE ALLEN GERM PROOF FILTER TOLEDO. O.," attributed to the White's Pottery, Utica, NY, late 19th century, with columned midsection, ovoid shoulder, and bung hole at base, decorated with raised and cobalt-highlighted foliate designs. Includes metal lid and spigot. 3 1/4" and 2" lines from rim. Small base chip. H 14".
