English Figural Stoneware Bottle, Impressed "REFORM AND REPEAL," 19th century, in the form of a coated gentleman holding a scroll with embossed crowns and the impressed words "REFORM AND REPEAL." Small chips to bottle opening on man's head. Small in-the-firing stone ping to bottom of scroll. H 9 3/4".
