One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Pitcher, probably Henry Harrison Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1840, ovoid pitcher with tooled foot and applied strap handle, decorated around the midsection with a brushed cobalt stem bearing leaves and fan-shaped flowers. Collar decorated with cobalt leaves. Spout chip and base chip. H 11".
