Eighteenth Century Needlepoint Sampler, American, Signed and Dated "Jonathan Malsey / 1750," with elaborate floral motifs, letters and numerals, and inscriptions, the center inscribed "Year 1750 / Sarah / Malsey / Daughter / of / William / & Margaret / Malsey . . . John Malsey". 19th century black-painted frame. Significant insect damage. Staining to border. Framed Dimensions: 15 7/8" x 13 1/2".
