Slip-Decorated Redware Plate, Stamped "W. SMITH / WOMELSDORF", PA origin, circa 1880, the interior decorated with crossing wavy lines of cream-colored slip. Impressed with Willoughby Smith maker's mark on underside. Excellent condition with a minor 3/4" surface line from rim on interior, not visible on exterior, and some typical light wear to reverse. Diameter 7 1/8".
