Fine Miniature Glazed Redware Pitcher, New England origin, first half 19th century, with exceptional bulbous form, rounded foot, and ribbed handle, the surface decorated with streaks of manganese over a dark red ground. Excellent condition with minor wear, including a small area of wear to foot, and two tiny flecks of glaze missing near base. H 3 7/8".
