Three-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "BURGER BRO'S & CO / ROCHESTER N.Y.," circa 1870, semi-ovoid jug with sloped shoulder and thick spout, decorated with a large slip-trailed tulip with heaving shading and brushed cobalt highlights over the maker's mark. Stone ping in handle. Otherwise excellent condition.
