Two Pieces of American Pottery, 19th century, a redware jar with lead-glazed interior, probably New Market, VA, and a salt-glazed stoneware bottle with the highlighted mark "J.W. THOMAS". Redware jar with small base chips, a 1" rim chip along with smaller rim chips, fine exfoliation to surface, and significant wear to interior. Bottle with minor crazing and a tiy chip on underside. H (of bottle) 7 1/2".
