Half-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Pitcher, Philadelphia, PA origin, circa 1835, ovoid pitcher with tooled collar and midsection, decorated with a cobalt flowering vine design bearing daisy-like blossoms. Leafy brushwork decorates the spout and collar. Base and underside of pitcher completely missing. H 7 3/4".
