Three-Gallon Stoneware Crock Dated 1870 in Cobalt, Midwestern origin, straight-sided crock with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with slip-trailed cobalt date "1870," underscored by a flourish. Fancy slip-trailed 3 below rim. Mint condition. H 10 1/4".
