One-Gallon Salt-Glazed Stoneware Pitcher, Ohio River Valley origin, second quarter 19th century, ovoid pitcher with tooled shoulder and short, flaring collar with tooled rim. Hairlines to underside, one of which extends 1/2" onto base. In-the-firing contact marks to top of rim. Two minor base chips. H 11".
