Three Cobalt-Banded Stoneware Mugs, Northeastern U.S. origin, 19th century, each of barrel form with incised and cobalt-highlighted banding, covered in a clear salt glaze. Largest with pewter lid, inscribed "Fr: Hannemann." Smallest mug in excellent, essentially as-made condition. Middle-sized mug with in-the-firing lines to handle, a small in-the-firing surface fissure to reverse, and a small in-the-firing ping to side of mug. Largest with chipping to base, a 3/4" flake to top of rim, a 1 3/4" line from rim on reverse, and loss to hinge of lid. H (of tallest including lid) 9 3/4".
