Glazed Redware Figure of a Dog on Base, PA origin, circa 1850-1880, hand-modeled figure of a seated dog on oval base with incised details to face, haunches, and tail, the collar formed from a series of impressed circles. Dog and base decorated with brushed manganese and covered in a clear lead glaze. Areas of restoration to dog's nose, base, and large section of tail. Additional wear to ears. L 4" ; H 4 1/4".
