Fine Large-Sized Pottery Figure of a Recumbent Lion, Mogadore, OH, late 19th century, molded figure of a reclining lion on oval base with incised feet, the clear-glazed surface featuring mottled brown highlights over a yellow ground flecked with blue. Excellent condition with a minor, 1 3/8" in-the-making surface scratch to base and flecks of old white paint to surface. L 14 1/2".
