Three Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, attributed to the Remmey Pottery, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1855-1880, two small jars with brushed foliate motifs, together with a one-gallon cake crock with swag-and-hanging-flower decoration and original swag-decorated lid. Cylindrical jar with a short hairline from rim and staining. Ovoid jar with rim chips, large flakes to underside extending to bottom edge, and staining. Cake crock with rim and base chips and a long hairline to underside, extending up side of crock below handle. Lid with a short hairline, a small chip to flange on underside, and an in-the-firing contact mark to top. H (of shortest) 6 3/8".
