Very Rare Glazed Redware Jar, Signed "Made by CR Parker 1859 / Millville," Columbia County, PA, 1859, cylindrical jar with footed base, tapered shoulder, and flared rim, the surface covered in a lead and manganese glaze. Incised signature on underside along with the incised number, "29." Some exfoliation to base area. Shallow base chips. Light surface wear to shoulder. Nicks and minor wear to rim. H 9 3/4".
