Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO'," PA origin, circa 1850-1880, semi-ovoid jug with slightly-flared spout, brush-decorated with Bell's spotted tulip motif on the shoulder and front. Cobalt highlight to lower handle terminal. Restored cracks including some touch-up to cobalt. H 13 1/2".
