Redware Umbrella Stand, Stamped "JOHN BELL" and "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO'," PA origin, circa 1850-1880, tall, cylindrical form with flared base and rim, the shoulder fitted with two large rope-twist handles. Two John Bell maker's marks on underside. Entire exterior and interior surface covered in recent paint with assumed significant restoration. H 22 3/8".
