Manganese-Glazed Redware Cream Pitcher, attributed to J. Eberly & Co. or S. Bell & Sons, Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, ovoid pitcher with footed base, tooled shoulder, and flared collar, the surface covered in a mottled brown lead and manganese glaze. A very minor base chip. A minor glazed-over base chip. Two short surface lines at base. A small glazed-over rim chip. Three minor chips to spout. H 6 5/8".
