Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Stripe Decoration, Western PA origin, circa 1880, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, brush-decorated with four stripes. Excellent condition with an area of bubbling to cobalt on top stripe, some minor surface wear, and minor staining to reverse. H 9 1/2".
