Fine Bristol-Slip-Glazed Stoneware Spaniel with Albany Slip Brushwork, OH origin, fourth quarter 19th century, molded figure of a seated spaniel on relief-decorated base, the surface coated in Bristol slip and decorated throughout with Albany slip. A 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" base flake on reverse. Two smaller base chips. Two minor in-the-firing chips to interior edge of base's underside. A faint 1 1/4" line to base on reverse. H 10 1/4".
