Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Cake Crock, Stamped "ELIZ-TOWN.N.J.," Pruden Family, Elizabethtown, NJ, second quarter 19th century, wide, cylindrical crock with heavily-tooled shoulder and applied lug handles, brush-decorated with dashes to the front and dashes flanking a flower on reverse. One rim chip. Light staining to surface. A few short, vertical surface lines to base, not visible on interior. Two minor nicks to one handle. A small in-the-firing ping to shoulder on front. H 6 3/4" ; Diam. 8 3/4".
