Rare One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jar, Stenciled "ENEIX & EVANS. / NEW / GENEVA / PA.," circa 1875, semi-ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, featuring Eneix & Evans maker's stenciling including a flourish flanking the abbreviation, "PA." Excellent condition. Some of stenciling to "ENEIX" is missing. Wear to interior of rim. H 9 7/8".
