Large-Sized Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Canning Jar, Stenciled "A. CONRAD. / NEW GENEVA. / FAYETTE CO. / PA", circa 1875, tapered jar with tooled shoulder and semi-squared "wax sealer" rim, featuring Alexander Conrad maker's stenciling and a freehand stripe below the rim. Very nice condition with some small chips to interior of rim. H 9 5/8".
