Three Stoneware Inkwells, Northeastern U.S. origin, first quarter 19th century, a rare five-holed example with tooled banding, a three-holed example with cobalt-highlighted banding around edge and original tiny vent hole; and a small four-holed example with cobalt-highlighted top. Five-holed inkwell with a hairline to one side, in otherwise excellent condition. Three-holed example with in-the-firing and post-firing edge chips. Four-holed example with a glazed-over 3/4" base chip and a few other small post-firing base chips. Diameter (of largest) 4 5/8".
