Two Stoneware Face Jugs, Cleater Meaders, Cleveland, GA, fourth quarter 20th century, both with kaolin eyes and teeth, one with brown glaze, incised on underside, "Cleater Meaders / 1985", the other with green alkaline glaze, incised "CJ Meaders / 1992 / Clete", stamped on side, "23-50 / SOUTHERN FOLK POTTERY COLLECTORS SOCIETY". Both in excellent condition. H (of larger examples) 11 1/2".
