Rare Miniature Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Pitcher, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1870, ovoid pitcher with vase-like form including a tooled foot and flared rim. Decorated on the front with a large two-stemmed clover plant design. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. One of the finest miniature stoneware pitchers from Baltimore that we have seen. Provenance: Dr. Raymond L. Owen Collection; Ex-Kelly Young Collection. Mint condition. H 3 3/4".
