Rare Miniature Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Clover Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1860, with vase-like form, rounded foot, and applied rounded handle, the front decorated with a large two-stemmed clover plant design. Handle terminals highlighted in heavy cobalt. Excellent size. Base chip on reverse. Glazed-over, discolored spot near front base. H 3 3/4".
