Very Rare Western PA Miniature Stoneware Canning Jar with Blue Decoration, Greensboro or New Geneva, circa 1875, cylinder form with two incised lines at the shoulder and inner rim to fit a metal canning lid. Jar decorated with freehand straight and wavy lines of cobalt and four stylized cobalt flower heads at the center. Exceptional size. Excellent condition with a few tiny rim chips. Height 3 3/8".
