Important Shenandoah Valley Sugar Bowl. Exceptional Green-Glazed Redware Sugar Bowl with Bird Finial and Applied Floral Decoration, Stamped Three Times "BAECHER / WINCHESTER, VA," Anthony Wise Bacher, Winchester, VA, circa 1880. Featuring a brilliant sea green and marbled brown glaze, as well as unusually large blossoms, this sugar bowl is possibly the finest example of the form by Bacher known.

Important Western PA Bank. Very Rare Stoneware Coin Bank with Profuse Cobalt Fuschia Vine Decoration, Greensboro or New Geneva, PA origin, circa 1875. H 5". Provenance: A fresh-to-the-market example discovered approximately twenty years ago.

YORK," Thomas Commeraw, Manhattan, NY, late 18th century. Exceptional color and condition for a piece bearing the ultra-rare, early maker's mark of African-American New York City potter, Thomas W. Commeraw.
Important Cowden Batterpail. Extremely Rare One-Gallon Stoneware Batter Pail with Profuse Cobalt Decoration of a Bird Holding a Flower and Double Grape Bunches, Stamped "COWDEN & WILCOX / HARRISBURG, PA," circa 1865. Provenance: A recently-discovered example, which descended in a Central Pennsylvania family since its manufacture.
